These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scale Partners Inc. website, the free live demo, and any strategy call you book (together, the “Services”). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Services.
When you submit the demo form, our system calls you back within approximately 60 seconds to demonstrate the lead-response experience. The demo is provided free of charge and is for illustration only. We do not guarantee that every call will connect in exactly 60 seconds, and carrier routing, network conditions, or your device settings may affect delivery.
You may book a strategy call with Alexander Ford or a member of our team. By booking, you agree to receive confirmation and reminder messages by SMS and email, and to a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link. You are responsible for joining the call at the scheduled time. If you miss the call, we may offer to reschedule at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying for a demo or booking a call, including a valid phone number and email. You are responsible for keeping that information up to date.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, video, logos, and the demo system — is owned by or licensed to Scale Partners Inc. and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Testimonials and case studies reflect individual client experiences and are not a promise of future results. Your results will depend on your market, budget, offer, and execution. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Close, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Twilio, Resend, and Meta. Their terms and availability are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by these providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Partners Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Because the demo is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Scale Partners Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scale Partners Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms.
