We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use the site.

Information you provide

• Demo application: your first name, phone number, email, business type, weekly enquiry volume, number of unanswered leads, average customer value, callback speed, and follow-up behavior.
• Booking details: the date and time you select for your demo or strategy call, and any notes you add.
• Calculator inputs: the values you enter into the missed-revenue calculator, which we attach to your lead record if you submit the form.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser data (browser type, screen size, operating system).
• Usage data via cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and our own analytics, to understand page views, video plays, form interactions, and conversions.
• The variant of the page you were shown in any active A/B test, so we can measure which version performs better.

3. How we use your information

• To call you back within 60 seconds as part of the live demo.
• To book, confirm, and remind you about your demo or strategy call by SMS and email.
• To create a Google Calendar event and Google Meet link for your booked call.
• To add you as a lead in our internal CRM and in Close CRM.
• To forward your information to our external CRM relay so it can be synced into Close.
• To measure and improve our marketing, including conversion tracking and A/B testing.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To comply with our legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.

4. How we share your information

We share your information only as needed to run the service and only with the categories of recipients listed below.

• Close CRM — to store and manage your lead record and pipeline stage.
• Google Calendar & Google Meet — to schedule your call and generate a join link.
• Twilio — to send you SMS confirmations and reminders.
• Resend — to send you email confirmations and reminders.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure ad performance and conversions.
• Analytics providers — to understand traffic and engagement.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above process information in the United States or other countries. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that it may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel helps us understand the effectiveness of our ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not function as intended.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
